Things reall heat up arounf the 4th of July. Local fireworks, boat shows etc. They also have ice fishing contests in winter and many local festivals all summer long. |

If you go take the short trip to Indiana ( 5 minutes to the State line) you can see Norte Dame, The Football Hall of Fame, see a baseball game at the Cove, Visit St Pats Park for hiking or concerts. Potowatomi Zoo is great for the kids, watch world class compition on South Bends East Race for a man made white water coarse. Kalamazoo has the Air Zoo /Museum which has an operating Ford Tri- Motor airplane and a flight simulator. |
