Lake George Information
Lake George sits on the Michigan and Indiana state line south of Coldwater, with about a third of the lake in Kinderhook Township, Branch County. It covers roughly 500 to 565 acres depending on the survey, reaches more than 80 feet deep, and has a Michigan DNR boat launch. State rules limit high speed boating and water skiing to the hours between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
